Grounded in an interdisciplinary approach, Jamie creatively integrates functional graphic solutions into projects that create places. Jamie leads all design projects with a vigor that is evident in the firm, celebrating more than 24 years with a wide range of clients including: local, regional and national authorities, health care facilities, universities, corporations, mixed-use and retail centers, master-planned communities. Jamie is a past Board Member of the Society for Environmental Graphic Design and current Board Member for KNOWEDGE - both organizations goals to further promote education in the field of Environmental Graphic Design and the creation of places through design and communication. She guest lectures on environmental graphics and design at Arizona State University and the University of Arizona in Tucson in undergraduate and masters programs. Jamie received her BFA from Colorado State University in Graphic Design, minoring in Interior Design.
Jim joined JRC Design in 1999 coming from the inter-disciplinary design firm of Cornoyer Hedrick Architects - one of the most respected firms in Arizona. From this background in architectural discipline, processes and drawing standards, Jim leads the team in producing concise design intent phases and drawings of the projects –ensuring the documents throughout all phases of the project are thoroughly and accurately documented for bidding and fabrication. Jim’s projects include: METRO Light Rail, Papago Park, Intel Plant Number 8, Arizona State University Signage and Graphic Standards, Hablamos Juntos Technical Research and Reports, Scottsdale Healthcare Medical Centers, Maricopa County/Mesa Juvenile Detention Facility, Durango Juvenile Detention and Courts Facility and the Town of Gilbert Public Safety Campus.
Lucy came to work with JRC Design in 1994, stepping down as Vice President of a national insurance brokerage firm where she was responsible for managing all contracts and employees for California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and Hawaii. With this extensive experience in the fields of insurance, contracts, human resources and business management, Lucy is the support arm for the business. Lucy oversees and manages project budgets and the design team in tracking hours and expenses to ensure client budgets are maintained. She is also responsible for all implementation and invoicing on each client's contractual terms, accounts receivables and payables.
Wayfinding Strategist, Designer
Rebecca glided into the JRC Design team as a graphic designer in 2012. As a Master in the Science of Design candidate at Arizona State University she completed her thesis working with the VA Hospital focusing on Wayfinding throughout their Health Care facility. A researcher by heart, Rebecca's diverse skills centralize around programming, planning, and design research methods making her a diverse part of the JRC Team.
Zach specializes in web-based product design that is simple to understand for clients and their audience. He develops with a comprehensive strategy that serves each goal of the design plan to the highest level possible. Zach is a graduate of Arizona State University, receiving a Bachelor in Science of Design and continues to master and refine his skills daily.
